Old Town Artisan Studio, located in Old Town La Quinta CA, provides the facilities with which persons of all ages can reveal their artistic expressions through the medium of clay. Studio use, blended with fee exempt instruction, is offered to numerous charities serving the interest of youth, special needs and seniors in our desert valley. Thank you all so much for your charitable donations and on-going financial support so that we may continue to fulfill our vision.

Memberships
There are three different memberships available at Old Town Artisan Studio.
Artisan Members: An Artisan Member is a person who wishes to support the purposes of the studio with a pledged annual donation. are those who wish to use the studio on a regular basis. They have extended access to the studio and have storage space provided.
Patron Members: Patrons are those who wish to support the studio but not use it for their artistic expression. For these individuals the studio will offer five free instruction sessions in wheel throwing, sculpture or glazing within each calendar year, but non accumulating.
Sponsor Members: These individuals or companies create the opportunity for named groups or organizations, such as the Boys and Girls Club, to experience the therapeutic world of clay through ongoing scheduled classes.

Our Organization
Old Town Artisan Studio is a 501(c)(3) public charity which offers several options for the residents of Coachella Valley to express their artistic talents through the medium of clay.
Classes and private instruction are available with professional instructors.
Clay techniques include: throwing pots on the wheel, sculpting for clay finish or bronze, hand building, life casting, glazing and kiln firing.
The studio can accommodate parties and social events on a negotiated basis.
Clay, basic tools and kiln use are sold within the studio. The studio gallery displays and sells the art of instructors and founders.
Your donations provide classes for children and adults with special needs and for other charitable groups.

Studio Events
First Annual "Charity Soup" Donation Celebration!
Many many thanks to all of you that came to the Old Town Artisan Studio's First Annual Donation Celebration! The event, held on February 18, 2010 on Main Street in Old Town La Quita was an overwhelming success! Beyond our expectations!
Thank you all for your overflowing support of Old Town Artisan Studio's vision and support of youth, special needs and seniors here in our desert valley. And many many thanks to all of the volunteers that helped make this first annual event such a huge success. And thanks to the city of La Quita and Mayor Don Adolph for their wonderful support and participation in our event.
